Aloha beautiful soul fam,

These last few months of 2025 have been intensely powerful for so many of us.
It has honestly felt like a a deep levelling up (mentally, emotionally, spiritually, physically).

For me, the past few months have been a season of profound shedding…what some would call the “Dark Night of the Soul.” It was raw. It was painful. But for real those, it gifted me with some of the most sacred insights of my life.

And I would be honoured to share some of those insights with you.

✨ 1. When you consciously choose to let your Heart and Spirit lead, miracles happen.

When you say “yes” to your Spirit, the Universe responds.
And that response is often a clearing.

People may start to lose their jobs - mainly because they are no longer in alignment with them.

Relationships may naturally fall away, especially the transactional ones. Or in my case, I realised I was saying “yes” to relationships that drained me…even with family. And I finally chose to honour my Spirit by saying “no” to those that drained me
and “yes” to those beautiful relationships that made me feel energised, joy, deeply loved and supported.

Our Spirit will always guide us to the people who expand us, not deplete us. But just remember we always have freewill to choose. And the universe responds to that by either gifting you with more of those undesireable relationships or situations, until you master the soul lesson.

✨ 2. Let go of expectations (and the self-betrayal that comes with it).

This one is HUGE.

Before you do anything, ask yourself honestly

Do I actually want to do this?
Does this feel good in my body? Is this going to light up my Spirit?

and then explore the why - Am I doing it out of fear, guilt, pressure, or expectation?

Because if the answer is yes - then that ain’t love and what will follow will more than likely be feelings of resent, heaviness, stress, or feeling emotionally drained…

Why?
Coz our Spirit is asking us to start honouring our truth. And when we don’t honour our truth, we are betraying our Spirit.

For me I want to feel like when I give or do something - I do it because I genuinely want to. FULLSTOP.

Not because I feel it’s what I “should” do.

Not because we expect something in return.
Not because we fear disappointing someone.
Not because we feel guilty.

Because then we ain’t being authentic. We’re being fake.

A real-life example:
Last night, after the fourth time of going into my daughter’s room at bedtime because she wanted me, I paused.

I asked myself:
“Do I actually want to go in for a fifth time?”

My Spirit said, “No.”
Then the fear rose up
“But what if she feels unloved?”
“But what if she feels abandoned when she’s older?”

Those weren’t intuitive truths, they were my wounded inner child speaking.

So I asked myself the question I live by:
“What does love look like right now?”

And the loving choice… was that I needed rest.

So I stayed. I breathed.
And five minutes later, she stopped crying on her own.

THIS AIN’T SELFISH - IT’S SELF LOVE. In hindsight what Spirit told me was that I was disempowering her by continuing to go in there. I know I love her with the depths of my heart and I know I would never abandon her - so all of those fears were illusions. And in that moment laying in my bed and doing nothing was the best medicine I needed.

✨ 3. Fill your life with the things that light up your Spirit.

One of the simplest ways to shift your energy is to reconnect with what makes you feel yummy, amazing, delicious, pleasurable joy.

For me lately, that has been surfing.
Every time I go out, no matter how heavy I feel beforehand, I leave buzzing with the highest frequencies.
Everything that felt big becomes small.
Everything that felt heavy becomes light.

And then of course there’s dancing…my forever medicine.
I blast R&B classics in the car, or while doing something mundane like cooking or cleaning, and I dance like my teenage self who didn’t care what anyone thought.
Instant shift. Instant joy.

Expansion Task - Write a list of everything that brings you joy…and if you don’t know what they are….explore like you would a child, play a little…

Then all you gotta do next is just do more of that and commit to it (every single day).

✨ 4. We are NEVER Alone

This one has been huge for me. The deeper we grow and evolve, the more it can feel like we’re becoming lonelier in the human world. And trust me… I’ve felt that ache.

As someone who is deeply connected to the Spiritual World, I know the truth - we are never, ever alone, even when we’re on the toilet taking a shit… you best believe your divine fam is hanging around.

But in the human world? Yeah… I definitely felt the isolation.
So I listened to my Spirit. I created moon ceremonies. I actually took action and reached out to those who love me. I created spaces for connection. And what I found was a community of like hearted souls that reminded me there are more of us than you think….and it’s so, so beautiful every single time I connect with them, now I just attract these special souls every day.

Because the Universe will always send you your soul family the moment you choose to courageously say no to the ones who no longer align with your Spirit.

✨ 5. COMMIT

If these past few months have taught me anything, it’s this…

Life is precious.
Life is sacred.
Life is a gift.

We are here for such a brief, miraculous moment. We get to experience everything, from extreme pain to extreme bliss. None of these experiences are bad or good. They just are. But the greatest miracle is our mindset and how we choose to look at it and I know that whenever I am experience something painful or heavy - I am shifting and clearing energies that no longer align and what I am gifted with next is LIBERATION.

So every single day, we are given a choice…

Will I truly live today? and How can I align my mindset to joy, bliss, expansion, peace…whatever it is you want to align to and embody?

So…

Commit to the things that make you feel that bliss and spark.
Commit to the moments that matter (love over fear).
Commit to the relationships that nourish your Spirit.
Commit to the experiences that expand you.

Because let’s get real here if you died tomorrow, what would actually matter?

Not the stress.

Not the money.
Not the fear.
Not the expectations.
Not the obligations.

What matters is how deeply you loved.
How present you were.
How true you were to your Spirit.
How much joy you allowed yourself to feel.

How authentically you lived.

✨ 5. SPEAK YOUR TRUTH ALWAYS. HONOUR YOUR SPIRIT.

My loves, I will always speak my truth…
not from ego, not from defensiveness, but from love.

And sometimes love looks like giving my inner child the voice she never had.
Sometimes love looks like expressing myself even when I feel unheard.
Sometimes love looks like saying the thing that trembles on its way out,
because silencing myself hurts far more.

One of the biggest realisations I've had this year is this…

If someone cannot hold space for your truth,
it has nothing to do with you.

“People can only meet you as deeply
as they have met themselves.” - I can’t remember where I saw this quote but it stuck..

They can only hold space for your truth
to the degree they have held space for their own. And that is ok.

Allow people to show up exactly as they are (without judgment) - we’re all here evolving at out own pace, and if it doesnt match your energy and alignment, then guess what - we have the power to choose what to do with that information.

So speak your truth anyway.
Honour your Spirit anyway.
Express yourself anyway.
Be real, be honest, be authentic…
even if your voice shakes.

Your truth is your liberation.
Your truth is your power.
Your truth is your connection to Spirit.

And when we honour it,
we honour the divine Spirit that lives within us.
