What can I expect during a session?

During a session, you will be a safe and sacred container where you can explore your inner world and walk the path of self discovery and deeper self love. It is a beautiful journey of remembrance. Together, we’ll dive into the depths of your emotions to feel, process and release everything you have been running and hiding from. A space to release limiting thought, beliefs, and transmute them into self-love, kindness and compassion.

My role is to guide you and hold that space for you to truly remember and align with your most divine truth.

While a single session can be powerful and transformative, many find that consistent guidance deepens their journey. Multiple sessions allow for ongoing support as you continue to release, open, expand, remember and embody your most authentic divine self.

What are Channelled Divine Sessions?

I am divinely guided and deeply connected to Spirit and your Divine Team (guides, angels, ancestors, ascended masters, spirit helpers) who are able to lovingly guide us, and gift us with the energy and messages we need to hear in order to expand and evolve. So when I refer to a divine session, what that means is that I am guided by the higher realms to allow you to continue to grow and evolve in your highest consciousness and awareness.

How should I prepare for my session?

Come with an open heart and a willingness to explore. Setting an intention can also help guide our sessions together. Please note that often this journey asks for humility, reverence and devotion….This means that we need to be open to the messages we receive with love and compassion. Often the truth that is revealed to us, may feel uncomfortable at first but trust that everything you receive in your session is for the highest and greatest good of all and WILL open you up to greater joy, pleasure, love, laughter, bliss and magic.

What if I get emotional or overwhelmed?

It's natural. Emotions are part of our everyday. I’m here to hold a loving space where you can feel, process, release, and integrate without judgment.

Absolutely, I offer both in-person and online sessions to make it accessible for you, wherever you are in the world.
